Information you submit

When you complete the fit check on this site, we collect the answers you provide: your name, work email, company, website, a description of what you sell and who buys it, and your answers about paying customers, average deal size, monthly qualified conversations, who owns follow-up, your primary revenue constraint, your investment range and your desired start timing.

Alongside those answers we store the page you submitted from, the referring URL and any campaign parameters (UTM values) present in the link you arrived through. This helps us understand which content leads to relevant conversations.

Submissions are stored on our server and are not readable by other website visitors. We use the answers to assess whether an engagement is likely to work, to prepare for a review call, and to communicate with you about a potential engagement.

Analytics

Analytics are optional. By default the site operates in essential-only mode and no analytics scripts load. If you accept analytics, we load Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate location and device type. Analytics events never include the contents of your fit-check answers.

You can reject analytics at any time. Your choice is stored locally in your browser, and rejecting analytics does not block the fit check or any other essential function of the site. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and select again.

Service providers

We do not sell your information. We share it only with providers that help us operate the business, including our form-processing provider (Formspree), our analytics provider (Google, only with your consent) and our scheduling provider (Calendly, if you choose to book a call). When you proceed to scheduling, your name, work email and a summary of your answers are passed to Calendly so the call can be prepared. Each provider processes that information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep fit-check submissions for as long as they remain useful for evaluating and serving a potential or active engagement, and we delete submissions on request. We do not have a fixed automated deletion schedule.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing team@enhanceaipartners.com. You can also decline analytics, and you can choose not to submit the fit check at all.
